Tri County RC is an AMA chartered RC club for flying model aircraft. Our AMA Charter Number is 4613. We are located near Hurdle Mills, NC and is an easy commute from Durham, Hillsborough, Roxboro, and the surrounding area. The air strip is short grass, well maintained, and suitable for most model aircraft up to full size. On occasion full size aircraft do use this field but it is rare. Full size aircraft ALWAYS have priority on the strip. Individual AMA membership is required of all flyers with the exception of new pilots flying under direct supervision of one of our AMA registered instructors.
